Making Amazon returns at UPS 

If you’ve got a UPS drop-off point near you, you’re in luck, as UPS will not only pick up and ship your Amazon returns from the dropoff point - it also packages and labels your parcels for you. 

Here’s how you can use UPS to get your Amazon returns sorted: 

1. Submit your return online

Again, log on to the Amazon website and follow all the same steps as above. But this time, choose ‘UPS’ as your return drop-off method. You’ll have the choice to either take your return to a UPS drop-off point (the ‘UPS Dropoff’ option) or have a UPS driver come to your house and pick up the package at a specific day and time (the ‘UPS Pickup’ option).
